Data-driven Analytics—We use data mining and sophisticated analytics to derive meaningful insights and leverage them into real opportunities for both Budge Industries and our resellers to share success. We are experts at making market - and store- specific product assortment recommendations, forecasting stock needs and sales, and optimizing merchandizing activities. Our extensive pool of data includes real-time, point-of-sale data, permitting the option of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for our retailers.
Private Labeling—We offer our retailers the option of private labeling of many of Budge products. In addition to designing custom packaging, we can tailor our products to meet your exact specifications.
Customer Service— Our dedicated account managers know the industry inside and out, are extremely responsive and exist to make our retailers happy at all times. Consumer inquiries are expertly handled by our customer service team located in headquarters in suburban Philadelphia.
Retailers who know us, know that Budge turns on a dime to support their needs. When a storm water backup flooded our Kentucky warehouse and distribution operations on a Tuesday, we put all hands on deck and resumed normal shipping in less than 48 hours. The disaster did not impact our retailers.
We now vacuum-pack our car covers. Boxes are 35% smaller, freeing up valuable retail shelf space and reducing packaging and waste. Freight density is also increased to help reduce fuel use and emissions.
